The documentary, produced by the Image Production and Treatment Sector of IOC, reports that in the past with colonization and, recently, with globalization, mosquitoes were easily disseminated around the world, transmitting viruses that can cause death and, therefore, are modifying the sanitary conditions and habits of populations in countries with a tropical climate and sub-tropical.
The video shows the different characteristics between the two mosquitoes and explains their stages of growth and reproduction. Prevention measures to avoid new generations of dengue and yellow fever vectors are described at the end of the video, which won several international awards.
