The Academic Secretariat (SEAC) is the unit responsible for student support and academic management, working in an integrated manner to serve students, faculty, and coordinators. Its work encompasses all academic processes, from student enrollment to graduation and degree awarding.
Organized into operational units, SEAC develops and executes academic, administrative, and institutional support processes, ensuring the regularity of records, adherence to the academic calendar, and the quality of academic information. Over the past few years, the Secretariat has continuously improved its structure, workflows, and services, focusing on the efficiency of academic management, the transparency of processes, and the ongoing improvement of services to the academic community.
