With the theme 'International scientific publishing: sustainability, open access, quality and evaluation of CAPES', the 10th edition of the Collegiate of Doctors of IOC took place on the 22nd, 25th and 26th of March. Reinforcing the Institute's participatory management process, more than a hundred professionals participated in the debates, which were attended by representatives from funding agencies and scientific societies. Forum participants approved a document with considerations on the payment of fees for publishing articles and short and medium term suggestions to mitigate the negative impacts of these charges.
