Board of Directors - Maximum decision instance of the IOC, the Deliberative Council (CD-IOC) is made up of elected representatives from all of its laboratories and from the categories that make up the Institute's community, chosen by direct election by the entire Institute's community. Meeting periodically, the Council aims to evaluate and decide on the topics of greatest importance to the Institute's community and guide the Institute's positioning in relation to the themes and issues that move the FAP community.iocruz. This democratic management chamber, established in 1979, represents the Institute's pioneering effort to recognize the importance of each of its members in deciding their directions and directions. The CD-IOC also served as a model for the creation of the Deliberative Council of the Fiocruz, which brings together representatives from each of the Foundation's Units.
